Laura French, The Mom Lawyer®, is the founder and owner of French Law Group, LLC. Laura is in the business of protection. She protects you, your family, your business, and your brand through estate planning, business strategies, and intellectual property law. Laura knows everyone can benefit from thoughtful, proactive legal planning. She is passionate about trust work which gives clients the confidence and legal tools to maintain control over assets, while preserving family harmony.
A strong believer in giving back, Laura is actively involved in the local community. Laura is on the Scholarship Review Committee of the Jeannette Rankin Foundation, is a member of the Board of the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce, and serves as Secretary of the Oconee County Library Board, part of the Athens-Regional Library System.
An adjunct professor of law at the University of Georgia School of Law, as well as a frequent lecturer and expert witness on estate planning, trust matters, and corporate law. Featured in the Associated Press and Kiplinger, Laura has been a guest on several podcasts, including Weaver Business Coaching and PeopleNova.
Laura combines her experiences as a mom, lawyer, and entrepreneur to provide insightful planning for her clients.
